Glyplast® Plasticizer Esters

Product Families
Polymerics
Saturated polyesters available in a wide viscosity range, recommended as replacements for monomeric plasticizers where volatility, migration, or extraction resistance are critical. These plasticizers also provide excellent flexibility at low temperatures for demanding PVC applications.
Monomerics
High-performance plasticizers offering an excellent alternative to traditional phthalates. Featuring high solvating power, low gelation temperature, easy workability, low toxicity, environmental friendliness, and partial bio-based content. Key types include:
- Adipates: General purpose PVC plasticizers
- Sebacates: Suited for low temperature PVC applications
- Trimellitates: Designed for high temperature PVC performance
- Benzoates: Offer high solvating power and low gelation temperature
Specialties
Azelates: Known for low volatility, excellent plasticizing efficiency, strong resistance to extraction by water, oils, and soaps. DOZ, a leading azelate, exhibits very low torque in plastisol, excellent viscosity stability, and outstanding UV resistance for durable PVC products.
Antistatics: Aliphatic plasticizers that reduce electrical surface resistance by adsorbing atmospheric moisture, offering resistivity around 10⁶ Ohm. Suitable as secondary plasticizers and compliant with food contact regulations (10/2011 EC).
