This includes key industries such as Rubber, Plastics (including Bio-Plastics), CASE, Lubricants, and PU, featuring products under the Glyplast, Glypol, and Glylub brand names.

Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, Condensia is a reputable, family-owned specialist manufacturer of esters, polyesters, and polyester polyols. Known for its high-quality products, deep technical expertise, and collaborative approach to custom formulations, Condensia aligns perfectly with NiMAC’s commitment to innovation and customer support.

NiMAC is proud to offer Condensia’s comprehensive product portfolio in the UK, including:

• Plastics and Rubber: A wide range of Monomeric, Polymeric, Speciality, and Antistatic Plasticizers and Release Agents characterized by low toxicity and high biodegradability. This includes FDA-approved grades for food contact, suitable for polymers such as PVC and PVB, and rubbers like CR, NBR, ACM, AEM, ECO, and PU/TPU.
• Bio-Plastics: Lactic Acid Oligomers and Complex Esters designed for low toxicity and migration, high biodegradability, and elevated bio-content. These are compatible with bio-fillers and commonly used with PLA, PHA, PBAT, PBS, starch, etc., in applications such as food packaging and non-wovens.
• CASE: A diverse selection of Monomeric, Polymeric, and Speciality plasticizers based on Polyadipate, Benzoate, Phthalate, Trimellitate, and Sebacate chemistries. Applications include adhesives, sealants, coatings, elastomers, and UV-curable systems.
• Polyurethanes (PU): Hydroxy-functional polyester polyols of varying molecular weights suitable for both rigid and flexible PU and TPU applications. These offer higher crystallinity, improved thermal and fire resistance compared to polyether polyols, and include partially bio-based and fully biodegradable options. Ideal for foams (including polyisocyanurate and spray systems), CASE, and leatherette products.
• Lubricants: A portfolio of Trimellitate, Adipate, Sebacate, Phthalate Esters, and Complex Esters with properties such as low pour point, high viscosity index, high flash point, and excellent biodegradability. Suitable for automotive, marine, industrial, and grease applications.
