New Premises for the NiMAC UK Head Office

The final touches are taking shape to the interior of the dynamic new office building that has been designed specifically to cater for the needs of the business. 

The MD of NiMAC Nigel McDonald says “I expect the new premises to be completed in the spring and will offer the team a high quality, purpose fit and innovative space within which to work.  The team have been patient whilst work has been undertaken, however I’m hoping that the bright and modern premises will be worth the wait”.

The new West Midlands office, which is within a mile radius of the current premises, will have a state of the art conference room, a light and modern open plan desk area and a staff chill out zone, alongside the usual work place facilities.  The building which boasts a green, energy efficient and adapted lighting system allows for the right light at any time of day and is equipped with sensors throughout that can be programmed to adapt to the needs of each individual worker, offering flexibility and comfort for the staff.  The MD Nigel McDonald gave the brief to the architect that he wanted the office to be future proof and to be an environment that the staff were proud to work within.
