Fatty Amine Ethoxylates

Amine Ethoxylates are nonionic surfactants resulting from the reaction of alkylamines with ethylene oxide (EO).

Depending on the degree of ethoxylation it effects the surface-active properties. These surfactants play an important role in the and textile processing markets as they act as solubilizers, wetting agents and anti-corrosives.

Within our range of amine ethoxylates NiMAC offers vegetable derived amine ethoxylates which mimic the carbon chain distribution of tallow amine ethoxylates. Our vegetable derived tallow amine ethoxylates carry the same CAS number as the non vegetable tallow amine ethoxylates of CAS No. 61791-26-2

Included within our range are vegetable derived version of several popular Tallow Amine ethoxylates which find use in metalworking fluids, these include;

NiMAC S5 a vegetable derived tallow amine ethoxylate with 5EO, amine value circa 127 mg KOH/g.

NiMAC S11 a vegetable derived tallow amine ethoxylate with 11EO, amine value circa 75 mg KOH/g.

NiMAC S20 a vegetable derived tallow amine ethoxylate with 20EO, amine value circa 50 mg KOH/g
